摘要
为促进发展型教育扶贫与乡村振兴的有效衔接,巩固脱贫攻坚成果,对云南边境少数民族地区麻栗坡县126所小学现状进行实地调查分析,以发展型救助视角,发现和窥探其在加强学校基础建设、加强教师队伍建设、提升教学水平、关心关爱留守儿童等方面的问题和切实需求,从助推发展型救助合力、建立健全激励政策和教师交流机制、构建完善育人机制以及推动教育资源共享机制等方面探索积极的发展型造血式救助路径,为当地政府、学校以及社会评估项目执行可行性、设计救助项目等提供参考依据。
In order to promote the effective connection between development oriented education poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation,a field investigation and analysis were conducted on the current situation of 126 primary schools in Malipo County,a border ethnic minority area in Yunnan.From the perspective of development oriented assistance,problems and practical needs in strengthening school infrastructure,enhancing teacher strength,improving teaching standards,and caring for left behind children were discovered and explored,in order to promote development oriented assistance cooperation.
