摘要
目的:研究推拿联合弹拨疗法治疗产后慢性腰背痛的效果。方法:选择2018年11月~2021年9月本院收治的69例产后慢性腰背痛患者,经掷硬币法将其随机分为两组,其中34例为对照组,35例为研究组。对照组行推拿疗法,研究组行推拿联合弹拨疗法。观察两组的临床疗效、患侧腰背部肌肉厚度、腰背部疼痛。结果:与对照组的总有效率(70.59%)相比,研究组的总有效率(91.43%)更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的患侧腰大肌、腰方肌肌肉厚度均升高,且与对照组相比,研究组的患侧腰大肌、腰方肌肌肉厚度均更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的JOA评分均升高,VAS评分均降低(P<0.05);且与对照组相比,研究组的JOA更高、VAS评分更低(P<0.05)。结论:推拿联合弹拨疗法具有较好的疗效,可促进产后慢性腰背痛患者的腰背部肌肉修复,缓解腰背部疼痛。
Objective:To study the effect of massage combined with plucking therapy in the treatment of postpartum chronic low back pain.Methods:A total of 69 patients with postpartum chronic low back pain who were admitted to our hospital from November 2018 to September 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups by tossing a coin method,of which 34 were the control group and 35 were the research group.The control group received massage therapy,while the study group received massage combined with plucking therapy.The clinical efficacy,the muscle thickness of the affected side of the lower back and the pain of the lower back were observed in the two groups.Results:Compared with the total effective rate of the control group(70.59%),the total effective rate of the study group(91.43%)was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the muscle thicknesses of the ipsilateral psoas major and quadratus lumborum in the two groups were increased,and compared with the control group,the muscle thicknesses of the ipsilateral psoas major and quadratus lumborum in the study group were higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the JOA scores of the two groups were increased,and the VAS scores were decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the JOA scores of the study group were higher and the VAS scores were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tuina combined with plucking therapy has good curative effect,which can promote the repair of low back muscles and relieve low back pain in patients with postpartum chronic low back pain.
