基于国产芯片的环境中子剂量监测系统

摘要 针对核聚变装置周边强中子辐射环境,设计了一套基于国产芯片的环境中子剂量监测系统。前端电子学采用极零相消电路和集成运算放大器解决了脉冲堆积,提高了稳定性,并采用了国产FPGA、FLASH和电源芯片等器件完成主电子学设计,配合算法提高了系统的时间分辨率,为中子剂量监测技术的国产自主可控打下坚实基础。通过Multisim对前端电子学进行仿真验证,其动态监测范围最大可达10.41 mSv/h,同时在放射源库对252Cf进行剂量率标定实验,分析结果得到系统最大不确定率为14.4%,证明该系统测量准确、运行稳定可靠,满足聚变堆强中子辐射环境的监测需求,为后续多设备远程监测组网监测奠定了坚实的基础。 In this paper,a set of environmental neutron dose monitoring system based on domestic chips is designed for the strong neutron radiation environment around the nuclear fusion device.The system consists of BF3 detector,polyethylene moderator,front-end electronics board and FPGA main electronics board.The front-end electronics adopts polar zero cancellation circuits and integrated operational amplifiers to solve the problems of pulse stacking and unstable operation.Domestic FPGA,FLASH,and power chips are also used to complete the main electronics design,laying a solid foundation for the domestic autonomous and controllable neutron dose monitoring technology.Through simulation verification of front-end electronics using Multisim,the dynamic monitoring range can reach a maximum of 10.41 mSv/h.At the same time,dose rate calibration experiments were conducted on 252C,in the radiation source library,and the analysis results showed that the maximum uncertainty rate of this system was 14.4%.This proves that the measurement accuracy and stable and reliable operation of the system meet the monitoring requirements of strong neutron radiation environment in fusion reactors,laying a solid foundation for subsequent multi device network monitoring.
