摘要
在中国步入老龄化社会并实施积极老龄化的健康战略背景下,康养产业具有广阔的发展前景和强大的内生动力。基于已有的文献和作者对河北省康养地产发展状况的实地调查,采用AHP分析法构建了包含环境质量、产品质量和综合管理服务质量3个一级指标的河北省康养地产发展质量评价指标体系,并借助该体系利用模糊综合评价法得出河北省康养地产业发展质量的综合得分情况。文章旨在为科学测评康养地产业发展质量提供参考依据,提出针对性发展建议。
In the context of population aging in China and the health strategy of implementing active aging,the health and wellness industry exhibits vast prospects and powerful internal driving force.On the strength of existent literature and field investigation in Hebei Province,this paper adopts AHP in the construction of a quality evaluation mechanism for the development of real estate business based on health and wellness,which includes 3 primary indicators,7 secondary indicators and 29 tertiary indicators of environmental quality,product quality and integrated management service quality.Thereby,it adopts FCE in calculating the comprehensive scores for ranking the development quality of real estate business based on health and wellness in Hebei province in order to provide a reference basis of scientific assessment and correspondent development proposals.
