摘要
海蜇广泛分布于我国南北沿海。人工捕捞海蜇历史悠久,近年来养殖业快速兴起,产量逐年攀升。海蜇不仅含有丰富的营养成分,还含有大量的生理活性物质,具有药用价值。然而,目前海蜇开发利用尚处于初级阶段,产业发展缓慢,技术研发投入不足。以海蜇相关知识产权为分析对象,从专利数量、专利类型、申请地域、政策解读、精深加工等方面,介绍了我国海蜇产业知识产权的现状,随着科技水平和人们健康意识不断提高,精深加工及开发功能性海蜇产品将成为未来发展趋势。
Jellyfish is widely distributed in the north and south coastal areas of China.Jellyfish artificial fishing has a long history,aquaculture rapidly emerging recent years,and the production climbed year by year.Jellyfish not only has rich nutrients,but also contains abundant physiological active substances,with medicinal value.However,jellyfish development and utilization are still in the primary stage,and industry develops slowly.There is still a heavy lack of technology research and development investment.This paper would comprehensively review and analyze all the intellectual property related to the development state of jellyfish industry from the number of patents,patent type,application distribution,policy interpretation,deep processing,and so on.This review would provide reference for the deep processing and the future industry development of jellyfish.With the constant improvement of scientific and technological level and people's health consciousness,deep processing and development of functional jellyfish products would become the trend of future development.
