摘要
血管性痴呆(VD)是一种由于流向大脑的血流减少或缺乏而导致的记忆和认知功能恶化的神经认知障碍。铜死亡是一种新的细胞调节性死亡方式,铜可以调节缺氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1),选择性激活HIF-1α以控制血管新生。血管新生指从已有血管中发芽形成新的血管,在神经组织再生中发挥重要作用。因此,通过抑制铜死亡促进血管新生,来恢复神经系统相关功能,可能是今后治疗VD等神经相关疾病的新思路。针刺可通过改善侧支循环、调节周细胞和星形胶质细胞的表达,进一步促进血管新生,目前较广泛地应用于治疗VD。本研究以针刺对微量元素铜的影响作为切入点,结合铜死亡和血管新生理论对VD后的相关损伤机制,探究针刺治疗VD的干预机制,以期为后续研究提供参考。
Vascular dementia(VD)is a neurocognitive disorder that memory and cognitive function deteriorate due to reduced or lack of blood flow to brain.Cuproptosis is a novel form of regulated cell death in which copper regulates hypoxia inducible factor-1(HIF-1)and selectively activates HIF-1αto control angiogenesis.Angiogenesis refers to the germination of new blood vessels from existing vessels and plays an important role in the regeneration of neural tissues.Therefore,promoting angiogenesis by inhibiting cuproptosis to restore neurological-related functions may be a new idea for the future treatment of neurological-related diseases such as VD.Acupuncture can further promote angiogenesis by improving collateral circulation and regulating expressions of pericytes and astrocytes,and is currently more widely used in treatment of VD.This study explored the intervention mechanism of acupuncture in treating VD by taking the effect of acupuncture on trace element copper as an entry point,by combining the theories of cuproptosis and angiogenesis on the relevant injury mechanisms after VD,in order to provide reference for subsequent studies.
