摘要
此文主要介绍将“道法术”整体观的思想引入针推专业二段式教学中。首先,提出传统教学的弊端与二段式教学的优势,进而根据近年来的教学经验提出道法术整体观的思路构建。其次,将教学实施分为“名家医案学习”“课堂重点专题讨论”“临床病例讨论”“模拟患者训练”等板块,使经典理论与临床实践有机结合在一起。再次,通过综合评分与问卷调查评估的方式评价实践效果,发现学生学习的主动性、论文写作能力、临床操作能力等都有显著的提高。可见道法术整体观引入二段式教学的思路适合在针灸推拿专业教学中开展,可考虑推广至其他中医专业的二段式教学中。
This paper mainly introduced the idea of introducing the holistic view of“law-principle-method”into the two-stage teaching of acupuncture and massage major.Firstly,it put forward the disadvantages of traditional teaching and the advantages of two-stage teaching,and then put forward the idea of constructing the holistic view of“law-principle-method”according to the teaching experience in recent years.Secondly,the teaching implementation was divided into“famous medical case study”,“key thematic discussion”,“clinical case discussion”,“simulated patient training”and other parts,which organically combines classical theory with clinical practice.Thirdly,through comprehensive scoring and questionnaire evaluation,it is found that students’learning initiative,literature retrieval and thesis writing ability,clinical operation ability and so on have been significantly improved.It can be seen that the idea of introducing the holistic view of“law-principle-method”into the two-stage teaching is suitable for the teaching of acupuncture and massage major,and can be considered to be extended to the two-stage teaching of other traditional Chinese medicine majors.
