摘要
目的探究桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊对社区获得性肺炎患者血清炎症因子及基质金属蛋白酶的影响。方法选取2017年3月至2019年5月于本院接受诊疗的110例社区获得性肺炎患者作为研究对象,采用掷硬币法分为对照组和治疗组,每组55例。对照组采用阿奇霉素口服治疗,治疗组采用桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗前后炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)]水平、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组IL-6、TNF-α、CRP、MIF水平及MMP-2、MMP-9水平比较差异无统计学意义;治疗15 d后,治疗组IL-6、TNF-α、CRP、MIF水平及MMP-2、MMP-9水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论桉柠蒎肠溶软胶囊治疗社区获得性肺炎患者,可改善基质金属蛋白酶水平,降低血清炎症因子水平,且不增加不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of eucalyptol-limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules on serum inflammatory factors and matrix metalloproteinases in patients with community-acquired pneumonia.Methods A total of 110 patients with community-acquired pneumonia who received treatment in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2019 were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into control group and treatment group by coin toss,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with azithromycin orally,and the treatment group was treated with eucalyptol-limonene and pinene enteric soft capsules,and the levels of inflammatory factors(interleukin-6[IL-6],tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α],C-reactive protein[CRP],macrophage movement inhibitor[MIF]),matrix metalloproteinas-2(MMP-2),matrix metalloproteinas-9(MMP-9)and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,CRP,MIF,MMP-2 and MMP-9.After 15 d of treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,CRP,MIF and MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was nosules in the treatment of patients with community-acquired pneumonia can improve the level of matrix metalloproteinase and reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors without increasing adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
