摘要
目的了解2016—2021年国内主要医疗机构发表论文的学科分布情况。方法检索PubMedplus数据库,对2016—2021年发文数量居于前30位的国内医疗机构发表论文按学科及对影响因子大于20的期刊发文情况进行描述性统计分析。结果2016—2021年30家主要医疗机构发表PubMed论文以临床医学为主,临床医学、基础医学和预防医学与卫生学位居前3位,其中临床医学为最多184505篇,占85.46%。在临床医学学科小类中位于前五位的学科分别为肿瘤学、心血管病学、影像医学与核医学、骨外科学和普通外科学,其中肿瘤学为最多24899篇,占13.50%。结论我国主要医疗机构学科优势不同,在临床学科中研究热点为肿瘤学、心血管病学、影像医学与核医学、骨外科学和普通外科学。我国各医疗机构科研水平和学科的国际影响力还有待提高。
Objective:To understand the disciplinary distribution of papers published by major medical institutions in China from 2016 to 2021.Method:The PubMedplus database was retrieved to conduct a descriptive statistical analysis of the papers published by the top 30 domestic medical institutions in terms of the number of published papers from 2016 to 2021 by discipline and the published papers in journals with an impact factor of more than 20.Result:From 2016 to 2021,the majority of PubMed papers published by 30 major medical institutions covered clinical medicine,and clinical medicine,basic medicine and preventive medicine and hygiene ranked the top 3,among which a maximum of 184,505 papers are on clinical medicine,accounting for 85.46%.Among the subcategories of clinical medicine,the top 5 subjects were oncology,cardiology,imaging medicine and nuclear medicine,orthopedic surgery and general surgery,among which up to 24,899 articles are on oncology,accounting for 13.50%.Conclusion:The main medical institutions in China have different academic advantages,and the research hotspots in clinical disciplines are oncology,cardiovascular medicine,imaging medicine and nuclear medicine,orthopedics and general surgery.The scientific research level and international influence of various medical institutions in China still need to be improved.
