摘要
加强区域国别研究和人才培养已上升到国家战略的高度,设立区域国别学一级学科,是我国学科制度的重大变革。当前,亟需强加区域国别学理论和创新人才培养模式研究。区域国别学把研究上升为学理,以学理来指导研究和教学,为人才培养提供明确、系统和深刻的理论与方法论。区域国别学有其明确的学术边界,也有明确的学术内涵。区域国别学主要是运用交叉学科的知识和方法,把交叉学科研究和学科专门研究结合起来,把个性与综合分析相结合,提炼出有关国际区域和国别的理论与实践经验。区域国别学理论构建要跳出所谓方法论之争,具有更宽的学科基础。从人才培养的角度看,务必构建基于学科导向的理论和教育体系。
The establishment of the Country and Area Studies major in China is a significant reform in the strategic efforts to strengthen education and the discipline.However,there is an urgent need to enhance theoretical research and innovative approaches to education in this field.Country and Area Studies aims to elevate research to theory,guiding research and teaching while providing a clear,systematic,and profound framework for education.The discipline has well-defined boundaries and encompasses a broad range of interdisciplinary knowledge and methods,combining specialized and interdisciplinary research to extract theories and practical experience related to countries and regions worldwide.The construction of the discipline must move beyond the methodology debate and have a more comprehensive academic foundation.In terms of education,it is necessary to establish a theory and education system based on the discipline itself.
