摘要
码垛机器人在各类生产线中运用非常广泛,由于生产线运行对生产节拍要求十分严格,通过运用机器人码垛能够对各种情况做到从容应对、游刃有余。矩形垛盘结构简单、加工方便,因外形为矩形,不仅方便运输和存放,还可以充分利用边角空间,是目前生产中最常见的一种垛盘形式。在实际应用中,ABB机器人编程系统不提供相关码垛功能计算模块,但可根据取料顺序号解析到码盘中的行列位置,然后通过计算与基准点的偏移量来获取目标坐标。由此制作成码垛标准功能块,进而提高编程效率。此算法可应用于单层或多层矩形码垛。
The palletizing robot is widely used in all kinds of production lines,because the production line operation on the production beat requirements are very strict,through the use of robot palletizing can be easy to cope with all kinds of situations.Rectangular stack plate is simple structure,convenient processing.Because of the rectangular shape,it is not only convenient for transportation and storage,but also can make full use of the corner space.It is the most common form of stack plate in the current production.In practical applications,although ABB robot programming system does not provide relevant palletizing function calculation module,we can analyze the column position of the code plate according to the material sequence number,and then obtain the target coordinates by calculating the offset from the reference point.Thus made into palletizing standard functional blocks,and improve programming efficiency.This algorithm can be applied to single or multi-layer rectangular palletizing.
