锻造态GH4169高温合金热变形行为的有限元模拟 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究锻造后GH4169高温合金的热变形行为,在950~1100℃以0.01~5 s^(-1)的应变速率在Gleeble-3500热模拟机上对锻造态GH4169高温合金进行了热压缩试验。检测了热变形过程中合金的温升及热变形后的显微组织。采用Deform-3D有限元软件模拟了锻造态GH4169合金试样中不同变形条件下的温度场和在1100℃以0.1 s^(-1)的应变速率变形时的应变场及应力场分布。结果表明:在较低温度以较高应变速率变形时合金中会产生较大的变形热,且随着变形温度的提高和应变速率的降低,变形热逐渐减小,这与计算值的变化规律一致;在热变形过程中试样心部始终处于高温、高应力应变状态。 In order to study hot deformation behavior of GH4169 superalloy after being forged,the hot compression tests of the as-forged GH4169 superalloy were performed at temperatures varying from 950 to 1100℃at strain rates ranging from 0.01 s^(-1)to 5 s^(-1)on a Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator.The superalloy was tested for temperature rise during hot deformation and for microstructure after hot deforming.The temperature field under different deformation conditions and the distributions of strain field and stress field during deforming at 950℃at strain rate of 0.1 s-1 in the forged GH4169 superalloy specimen were simulated by means of Deform-3D finite element software.The results indicated that(a)the larger deformation-induced heat would happen in the superalloy during deforming at lower temperature at higher strain rate,and with the rise in deformation temperature and the decrease in strain rate,the deformation-induced heat gradually decreased,which was consistent with the change law of the calculated value;and(b)core of the superalloy specimen was always in a high temperature and high stress-strain state during hot deforming.
