固溶对GH4169合金晶粒尺寸与力学性能的影响 被引量:15

摘要 探索了固溶温度与时间对GH4169合金晶粒长大行为的影响,测试了不同固溶温度下合金的拉伸及冲击性能。结果表明:GH4169合金在低于1020℃固溶,残留δ相阻碍晶粒长大,固溶保温时间越短,晶粒不均匀因子增加越明显。当固溶温度高于1020℃,δ相充分溶解,不同保温时间下的晶粒不均匀因子都显著降低。随晶粒尺寸的增加,GH4269合金拉伸性能降低,但冲击韧性随固溶温度增加而增加。这主要是晶界上δ相的回溶,避免了裂纹沿晶界扩展。 The effects of solution temperature and time on the grain growth behavior of GH4169 alloy were investigated.The tensile and impact properties of the alloy at different solid solution temperatures were tested. The results show that whenthe solution temperature is lower than 1020 ℃, the remained phase prevents grain growth. The shorter the solution holdingtime is, the more obviously the grain inhomogeneity factor increases. When the solid solution temperature is higher than 1020℃, phase dissolves fully. The grain inhomogeneity factors are significantly reduced under different holding time. The tensileproperties of GH4269 alloy decrease with the increase of the grain size. But the impact toughness increases with the increaseof solution temperature. This is mainly the reversion of the phase on grain boundary, avoiding the crack propagation alongthe grain boundaries.
