摘要
数字化时代,数字媒体逐渐成为帮助父母育儿的工具。父母的媒体工具性使用可分为七类:干扰物、调节器、保姆、教育、家庭时间、丰富儿童活动和背景。社会背景、家庭代际,尤其是儿童特征和父母自身情况等是影响父母选择媒体工具性使用类型的重要因素。“保姆”型、“背景”型和“干扰物”型等三种类型的工具性媒体使用,对儿童在发育水平、认知和生理发展、执行功能和身体质量等方发面的早期发展有重要影响。父母要合理选择工具性使用类型,应控制儿童的屏幕使用时间,筛选屏幕内容;托育机构、幼儿园、学校应给予父母教育支持,帮助提升父母素养。
In the context of the digital age,digital media are becoming an increasingly common tool for helping parents in their parenting.This article classifies parents’instrumental use of media into seven categories:distractors,moderators,babysitters,education,family time,child enrichment activities and context.Part I analyzes the factors that influence parents’choice of types of instrumental media use from the perspective of both children and parents.Part II focuses on three aspects of babysitting,context and distractors to sort out the impact of different types of instrumental use on early childhood development.Finally,the article concludes with three educational recommendations for parents and kindergartens:Parents should not only choose the type of instrumental use wisely but control children’s screen time and sift contents;educational support should be given to parents from kindergartens,whose goal is to help improve parental literacy.
