摘要
随着我国经济社会的高速发展,科学普及已成为提高国民科学素养的重要措施。根据历次中国公民科学素质抽样调查数据显示,河南省农民科学素质与发达地区相比差距较大,这不仅制约了河南省农村的发展、农民科学素质的提高,也影响了河南省经济、社会、文化等方面的高质量发展。通过对当前河南省遂平县花庄镇的科普工作与农民群体科学素质现状进行分析,指出该地区科普工作存在的问题,提出有针对性的科普供给侧结构改革实践路径。
With the rapid development of China’s economy,the science popularization has become an important measure to improve the scientific literacy of citizens.According to the sample survey,farmers’scientific quality in Henan province is a lot lower than that in developed areas,which has not only hampered the development of rural areas in Henan province and the improvement of farmers’scientific quality,but also affected the high-quality development of economy,society and culture in Henan.By analyzing the current situation of science popularization and farmers’scientific quality in Huazhuang town,Suiping county,this paper analyzes the existing problems of science popularization in the area and proposes a targeted practice path for the supply-side structure reform of science popularization.
