人工智能助力高等教育教学:宏观趋势、技术实践及未来设想--《2023 EDUCAUSE地平线报告(教与学版)》要点解读 被引量:7

The Empowerment of Artificial Intelligence in the Future Development of Higher Education and Teaching:Macro Trends,Technologies and Practices,and Future Scenarios-Key Points of 2023 EDUCAUSE Horizontal Report(Teaching and Learning Edition)

摘要 为全面了解当前人工智能运用于高等教育的现状和发展趋势,进而为教学改革提供参考和启示,美国高等教育信息技术机构EDUCAUSE于2023年5月发布《2023年地平线报告(教与学版)》。该报告基于改进版德尔菲法总结专家小组成员的讨论意见,旨在为高等教育未来走向提供有利视角。报告聚焦高等院校机构、教职工和学生3个层面,概述5个高等教育发展宏观趋势--社会、技术、经济、环境和政治,6个将对未来高等教育产生重大影响的关键技术与实践组合--预测性和个性化人工智能驱动的应用、生成式人工智能、学习模式界限模糊化、混合弹性、微认证,以及支持学生归属感和连接感。报告进一步根据趋势和技术实践描绘4个高等教育未来10年的可能情境--增长、约束、崩溃和转型。基于报告的经验和启示提出中国高等教育教学未来发展的创新规划:优化人工智能服务生态,助力尖端人才培养;重构高等教育价值取向,加强教师能力提升;推动混合学习模式变革,实现创新融合发展;促进终身学习理念发展,构建个性教学体系。 The American Association for Higher Education Informatization(EDUCAUSE)recently published the 2023 EDUCAUSE Horizon Report(Teaching and Learning Edition)for the comprehensive understanding of the current status and future development of Artificial Intelligence in higher education,and provides the reference and implications for teaching reform.The report summarized opinions brought out by the panel experts based on Delphi method,aiming to provide a favourable perspective for the future development of higher education.The report focused on institution,faculty members and students,outlining 5 macro trends of development of higher education:Society,Technology,Economics,Environment and Politics.Meanwhile,6 key technologies and practices which have significant impact on higher education system were determined:AI-Enabled Applications for Predictive,Personal Learning,Generative AI,Blurring of Boundaries between Learning Modalities,HyFlex,Microcredentials and Supporting Students’Sense of Belonging and Connectedness.Furthermore,the report depicted 4 possible scenarios for higher education in next 10 years based on the macro trends and key technologies and practices:Growth,Constraints,Collapse and Transformation.This article draws on the experience and implications from the report to propose the innovative plan for the future of development of higher education teaching in China,including optimizing the AI ecosystem to assist the cultivation of the cutting-edge talents;Reconstructing the value of higher education to promote teachers’abilities;Promoting the transformation of blended-learning mode to achieve integrative and innovative development;Facilitating the lifelong learning and develop individualized learning structure.
