摘要
目的:探究升督槐榆汤联合痔瘘祛毒熏洗剂保守治疗痔疮患者的临床效果。方法:将2020年4月—2022年4月将乐县总医院筛选入组的100例痔疮患者以信封法分为对照组(50例)和研究组(50例)。对照组给予痔瘘祛毒熏洗剂治疗,研究组给予升督槐榆汤联合痔瘘祛毒熏洗剂治疗。对比两组治疗前后症状体征评分、中医症候疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组痔核脱出、肛门肿痛、便血等症状体征评分较治疗前均降低,且研究组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后中医症候疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.316,P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为6.00%(3/50),对照组为10.00%(5/50),两组比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.543,P>0.05)。结论:升督槐榆汤联合痔瘘祛毒熏洗剂治疗痔疮患者能改善临床症状,提高临床疗效,安全性佳。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Shengdu Huaiyu Decoction combined with Hemorrhoids Fistula Detoxification Lotion in the conservative treatment of hemorrhoids patients.Method:From April 2020 to April 2022,100 patients with hemorrhoids who selected from Jiangle County General Hospital were divided into the control group(n=50)and the study group(n=50)by envelope method.The control group was treated with Hemorrhoid Fistula Detoxification Lotion,and the study group was treated with Shengdu Huaiyu Decoction combined with Hemorrhoid Fistula Detoxification Lotion.The symptom and sign scores before and after treatment,traditional Chinese medicine symptom efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs of hemorrhoidal prolapsis,anal swelling pain and hematochezia in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and which in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.316,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.00%(3/50),while the control group was 10.00%(5/50),there was no statistically significant difference between two groups(χ^(2)=0.543,P>0.05).Conclusion:Shengdu Huaiyu Decoction combined with Hemorrhoid Fistula Detoxification Lotion can improve the clinical symptoms of hemorrhoids patients,improve the clinical efficacy,and has good safety.
