不同风化程度泥岩填料力学性能试验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Study on Mechanical Properties of Mudstone Fillers with Different Weathering Degrees

摘要 为了研究不同风化程度泥岩的力学性能,本文针对马巢高速路段路基填料泥岩,通过土工试验、回弹模量试验、CBR试验及不固结不排水三轴压缩试验,研究风化程度、干密度及压实度对回弹模量、CBR以及抗剪强度及其参数的影响。统计回归提出了回弹模量、粘聚力以及内摩擦角预估模型。研究结果表明:泥岩与土具有相似的击实特性;压实度是泥岩回弹模量的主要控制因素,浸水会使泥岩回弹模量下降,风化程度越高产生的不良影响越大;随着风化程度和压实度的提高,泥岩的CBR值逐渐增大,试验工点的CBR值均大于8%,满足路基填筑要求。三轴压缩试验中,泥岩的抗剪强度随风化程度和压实度的提高也逐渐增大;当压实度不变,随着风化程度的提高,粘聚力急剧增大而内摩擦角逐渐减小;当风化程度不变,随着压实度的增加,粘聚力逐渐增大而内摩擦角变化不大。 In order to study the mechanical properties of mudstone with different degrees of weathering,the influence of weathering degree,dry density and compaction degree on the resilience modulus,CBR and shear strength and its parameters of mudstone in machao expressway subgrade were studied through soils test,resilience modulus test,CBR test and UU triaxial test.The prediction models of resilience modulus,cohesion and internal friction angle were proposed on the basis of statistical regression.The results show that mudstone and soil have similar compaction characteristics.Compaction degree is the main controlling factor of the resilience modulus of mudstone.Flooding will decrease the resilience modulus of mudstone,and the higher the weathering degree is,the greater the adverse effect will be.With the improvement of weathering degree and compaction degree,the CBR value of mudstone increases gradually,and the CBR value of test site is more than 8%,which meets the requirements of roadbed filling.In the UU triaxial test,the shear strength of mudstone increases with the weathering degree and compaction degree.In the same compaction degree,the cohesion increases sharply and the internal friction angle decreases gradually with the increase of weathering degree.In the same weathering degree,with the increase of compaction degree,the cohesion gradually increases while the internal friction angle changes little.
