摘要
哮喘是一种高度异质性慢性气道炎性疾病,预防哮喘加重是哮喘治疗的重要目标。但有部分患者对吸入糖皮质激素和支气管扩张剂常规控制治疗的方案不敏感,长期使用阿奇霉素治疗可能有助于实现这一目标,全球哮喘防治倡议(GINA)2021提出,阿奇霉素可作为成人哮喘患者的辅助治疗(B级证据)。为探究阿奇霉素对成人哮喘的潜在价值,本文就其作用及机制、临床疗效及安全性等进行综述。
Asthma is a highly heterogeneous chronic inflammatory disease of the airway,and prevention of asthma exacerbations is an important goal in asthma treatment.However,a significant proportion of patients are insensitive to existing protocols of routine controlled treatment with inhaled corticosteroids and bronchodilators,which can be solved by long-term azithromycin.The Global Asthma Initiative(GINA)2021 proposes azithromycin as an adjunctive treatment for adults with asthma(level B evidence).In order to explore the potential value of azithromycin in adult asthma,this article reviews its role,mechanism,clinical efficacy and safety.
