摘要
培养创新型人才,激发人才创新活力是新时代我国高等学校的重要任务。以在校大学生为样本,基于社会学习理论,探索多样性经历对创新行为的作用机制,验证认知灵活性与创新自我效能感在该作用过程的中介效应。研究结果表明:多样性经历对创新行为有显著的正向影响;认知灵活性与创新自我效能感在多样性经历与创新行为之间发挥链式中介作用。为科学引导大学生的创新行为,高校要促进大学生参与多样化学习和社交活动,提升大学生的多样性经历;采取措施促进大学生认知灵活性和创新自我效能感的发展,从而更好地促进大学生创新行为的产生。
Creativity is the core ability of college students'development,and cultivating creative talents is the fundamental task of colleges and universities.Based on the social learning theory,we ex-plored the mechanism influence of diversity experience on creative behavior and verified the mediating effect of cognitive flexibility and creative self-efficacy in the process.The results of the study show that:diverse experiences have a significant positive impact on cognitive behaviors;cognitive flexibility and cognitive self-efficacy play a chain-like mediating role between diverse experiences and creative be-haviors.In order to guide the creative behavior of college students scientifically,colleges and universi-ties should promote the participation of college students in diversified learning and social activities to enhance the diverse experience of college students,and take measures to promote the development of their cognitive flexibility and improve their sense of creative self-efficacy so as to better promote the generation of their creative behaviors.
