摘要
爱国主义教育是学校教育的内核。澳门回归二十多年来,特区政府高度重视青少年学生的爱国主义教育工作,并通过一系列的教育立法为其提供坚实的制度保障,各级各类学校的爱国主义教育办得有声有色,推动“爱国爱澳”成为青少年的主流价值观,谱写了具有中国澳门特色的爱国主义教育实践。为探究中国澳门青少年爱国主义教育制度实施的有效因素,通过对中国澳门教育及青年局相关负责人、学校管理人员、一线教师进行深入访谈,运用扎根理论对搜集到的原始材料进行分析,总结出中国澳门爱国主义教育制度实施的四个有效因素:制度规约、执行主体、制度环境、制度保障,其中制度规约是前提,执行主体是关键,制度环境是基本,制度保障是控制,并以此为基础构建了中国澳门青少年爱国主义教育制度有效执行的理论分析模型。
Patriotic education is at the core of school education.Since Macao's return to China over 20 years ago,the SAR government has attached great importance to the patriotic education of teenagers,which is guaranteed with a series of educational legislations.Patriotic education has been carried out vigorously in schools at different levels.'Loving China,Loving Macao'has been recognized the mainstream among teenagers in Macao region.In order to find out the factors for the effective implementation of teenager patriotic education in Macao,this study conducted in-depth interviews with relevant officials from the Macao region Education and Youth Development Bureau,school administrators,front-line teachers in Macao region.Materials collected from these interviews are analyzed with the framework of Grounded Theory.Four factors for the effective implementation of patriotic education in Macao region are found:institutional regulations,implementation subjects,institutional environment and institutional guarantees.Among which,institutional regulations are the premise,implementation subjects are the key,institutional environment is the foundation,and institutional guarantees are of the control.Based on these findings,a theoretical analysis framework for the effective implementation of Macao's region youth patriotic education system is constructed.
