摘要
为探索天津智能制造业成长的内在机制与规律,通过开展产学研合作,运用系统动力学方法构建智能制造业成长的系统动力学模型并对其进行模拟仿真分析,分析各因素对于智能制造业成长的影响程度。结果表明:调整人才引进补贴系数、教育支出强度对于智能制造业成果转化率有正向影响;提高政策扶持强度,则会提高智能制造业的市场渗透率;而提高科技支出强度,虽然对于成果转化率以及智能制造业市场渗透率均为正向影响,但总体变动并不大。这说明人才引进、教育支出以及政策扶持是影响智能制造业成长的主要因素。
In order to explore the internal mechanism and laws of the growth of Tianjin s intelligent manufacturing industry,through the cooperation of industry,university and research,the system dynamics model of the growth of intelligent manufacturing industry was constructed and simulated,and the key factors affecting the growth of intelligent manufacturing industry and their influence degree were analyzed.The results show that adjusting the subsidy coefficient for talent introduction and the intensity of education expenditure has a positive impact on the achievement conversion rate of intelligent manufacturing industry;improving the strength of policy support will increase the market penetration of intelligent manufacturing industry;improving the intensity of science and technology expenditure has a positive impact on the achievement conversion rate and the market penetration rate of intelligent manufacturing industry,but the overall change is not significant.In a comprehensive view,talent introduction,education expenditure and policy support are the main factors affecting the growth of intelligent manufacturing industry.
