摘要
针对自主研制的籽瓜破碎取籽机在实际应用过程中存在瓜籽含杂率较高等问题,采用离散元法对籽瓜籽瓤破碎分离效果进行研究,利用EDEM对其工作过程进行模拟仿真分析。综合考虑瓜籽含杂率与筛筒利用率两个指标,工作过程中参数应选取如下:分离辊转速110 kg/min,刮板与筛筒间距1 mm,分离辊刮板倾角10°,可为籽瓜破碎取籽机结构优化提供理论依据。
In order to solve the problem of high impurity content of seeds in the application process of independently developed seed crushing and taking machine,this paper adopts discrete element method to study the crushing and separating effect of seed flesh of seed melon,and uses EDEM to simulate and analyze its working process.Considering the two indexes of seed clutter and screen utilization rate comprehensively,the parameters in the working process should be selected as follows:the rotational speed of the separation roller is 110kg/min,the spacing between the scraper and the sieve cylinder is 1mm,and the Angle of the scraper of the separation roller is 10°,which can provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of the structure of the seed crushing and taking machine of the melon.
