摘要
高校学习文化生态是由学习价值观、学习文化范式和学习环境等要素构成的文化有机体,是影响学生学习观念、学习行为和学习情感的重要因素。斯坦福大学在构建和优化学习文化生态、赋能学生学习方面独具特色。通过践行“学用融通”的学习价值观、倡导自主性的学习范式、创设人文性的学习环境,斯坦福大学构建了以学习质量为导向的学习文化生态。我国高校学习文化生态建设正面临学习价值观偏狭化、学习文化范式被动化和学习环境缺乏人文意涵等现实困境。斯坦福大学构建和优化学习文化生态的理念和实践启示我国高校应通过强化学生学习的时代使命感、探索自主导向的学习模式、培育充满人文气息的学习环境等方式优化学习文化生态,进而推动高校教育质量稳步提升。
The cultural ecology of learning in colleges and universities is a cultural organism composed of learning values,learning cultural paradigms and learning environments.It is an important factor that affects students’learning concepts,learning behaviours and learning emotions.Stanford University has unique characteristics in constructing and optimizing the cultural ecology of learning and empowering students to learn.Stanford University has constructed a cultural ecology of learning guided by learning quality by practising the learning values of“integrating learning and application”,advocating an autonomous learning paradigm,and creating a humanistic learning environment.The construction of the cultural ecology of learning in China’s colleges and universities is facing such realistic dilemmas as the narrowness of learning values,the passivity of learning cultural paradigms,and the lack of humanistic meaning in the learning environment.The idea and practice of Stanford University in constructing and optimizing the cultural ecology of learning enlighten China’s colleges and universities to optimize the cultural ecology of learning by strengthening the sense of mission of the times for students’learning,exploring the self-guided learning mode,cultivating a learning environment full of humanistic atmosphere,so as to promote the steady improvement of the educational quality of colleges and universities.
