摘要
目的:探讨光谱CT肾脏虚拟平扫代替常规平扫的价值。方法:回顾性分析本院光谱CT上肾脏增强检查100例患者的影像资料。在后处理工作站获取动脉期和静脉期虚拟平扫图像。客观评价常规平扫和虚拟平扫图像上的CT值、背景噪声、图像的信噪比及对比噪声比、辐射剂量。结果:肾脏TNC和VNC-v图像CT值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),和VNC-a图像CT值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肾脏TNC与VNC的SNR及背景噪声差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肾脏3种图像间的CNR差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。TNC的有效辐射剂量占总有效剂量的33.3%。结论:基于光谱CT获得的肾脏VNC-a图像CT值能还原肾脏CT值,可以替代TNC,同时具有较低的图像噪声,且有效减低辐射剂量。
Objective:To explore the value of the virtual non-contrast scan derived from spectral CT to replace true non-contrast scan.Methods:The imaging data of 100 patients who underwent renal enhancement on spectral CT in our hospital were retrospectively collected and analyzed.The arterial virtual non-contrast images(VNC-a)and venous virtual non-contrast images(VNC-v)were acquired on the post-processing workstation.On the TNC and VNC images,the CT value,image noise,signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),and contrast-to-noise ratio(CNR)and the radiation doses of every phase were recorded Results:There was a statistically significant difference in CT values between TNC and VNC-v images of both kidneys(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in CT values between TNC and VNC-a images of both kidneys(P>0.05).The differences in SNR and image noise between renal TNC and VNC-a,VNC-v were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in the CNR of both kidneys among three images(P>0.05).The TNC accounted for 33.3%of the total effective dose.Conclusion:The renal CT value in VNC image based on the spectral CT can restore the CT value in TNC image,which can replace the TNC,and has lower image noise and effectively reduce the radiation dose.
