摘要
为了深入探索生物农药对美国白蛾的防治效果,试验选用虫酰肼(20%)悬浮剂、苦参碱(0.3%)乳油和印楝素(5‰)乳油多种生物农药在湖北大悟地区开展了防治美国白蛾试验。结果表明:虫酰肼(20%)悬浮剂6000倍液防治美国白蛾幼虫,5d后防效最佳,平均校正死亡率为85.71%;苦参碱(0.3%)乳油4000倍液防治美国白蛾幼虫,4d后防效最佳,平均校正死亡率为92.86%;印楝素(5‰)乳油稀释6000倍防治美国白蛾幼虫,4后防效最佳,平均校正死亡率为88.10%。3种生物农药校正死亡率均在88.00%以上,其中苦参碱(0.3%)乳油4000倍液和印楝素(5‰)乳油6000倍液防治效果优于虫酰肼(20%)悬浮剂6000倍液。3种仿生药剂校正死亡率均在88%以上,防治效果较好。
In order to find out the control effect of bionic pesticide on the larvae of Hyphantria cune,three kind of agents namely Tebufenozide(20%)suspension,Matrine(0.3%)cream and Azadirachtin(5‰)cream were selected in this experiment.Spraying experiment on the control of Hyphantria cunea in Dawu County,Hubei Province was conducted.The control effect of Tebufenozide(20%)suspension 6000 times on the larvae of Hyphantria cunea was the best after 5 days,with an average adjusted mortality of 85.71%,while that of Matrine(0.3%)cream 4000 times on the larvae of Hyphantria cunea was the best after 4 days;the average corrected mortality was 92.86%,and the best control effect was obtained by diluting Azadirachtin(5‰)cream 6000 times to control the larvae of Hyphantria cunea with an average corrected mortality of 88.10%.The adjusted mortality of the three bio-pesticides was more than 88.00%.The control effect of Matrine(0.3%)and Azadirachtin(5‰)were better than that of Tebufenozide(20%).The adjusted mortality of the three bionics was over 88%,and the control effect was good.
