释放白蛾周氏啮小蜂防治美国白蛾试验 被引量:2

摘要 利用漯河市豫中南林业有害生物天敌繁育研究中心提供的柞蚕蛹,于2018~2019年,分别于第一代美国白蛾蛹期、第二代美国白蛾老熟幼虫期、蛹期、第三代美国白蛾老熟幼虫期放蜂4次。观察表明:柞蚕蛹室内出蜂量大,2018年平均出蜂量为3 612头/蛹,2019年平均出蜂量为3 988头/蛹;柞蚕蛹室外出蜂率也较高,平均出蜂率达80%以上。自然条件下柞蚕蛹出蜂率受蚂蚁、鸟类影响较大,受其它因素影响较小。白蛾周氏啮小蜂寄生率较高,比对照区高60%以上。放蜂效果较明显,叶片保存率比对照区高20%以上。 Using the Tussah pupae provided by Research Center of Natural Enemy Breeding of Forestry Pest in Central and Southern of Luohe,Henan province,from 2018 to 2019,Chouioia cuneas were released 4 times.They were in pupal stage of the first generation of Hyphantria cunea,in mature larval stage and pupal stage of the second generation,and in mature larval stage of the third generation.The result showed that the rate of Chouioia cuneas which were bred indoor by using the Tussah pupae was high,the average was 3612 per pupa in 2018 and 3988 per pupa in 2019.The rate outdoor was higher,the average was more than 80%.Under natural conditions,the rate of Chouioia cuneas which were bred by using the Tussah pupae was greatly influenced by ants and birds,but less influenced by other factors.The parasitism rate of Chouioia cunea was 60%higher than that of the contrast area.The survival rate of leaves was 20%higher than that of the contrast area.
