城市配电网智能感知系统建设与应用分析 被引量:6

摘要 随着电网的快速发展,城市配电网信息系统不断增多,信息孤岛、集成和整合不足的应用现状已不能适应新时代电网的要求。在现有的配网自动化系统基础上,提出了一种城市配电网智能感知系统。首先,结合泛在电力物联网的建设理念,依托关键数据,对不同系统中的相关联信息进行整合;其次,构建出一个相对完善的、先进的配网调度智能感知系统,用于支撑配网调度的相关业务;再次,结合EMS、DA提供的实时信息,利用人工智能研判技术,对配用电网络的运行状态进行分析研判;最后,通过信息监控感知,将用户停电信息研判精准定位,实现配用电网络实时、准确和全面的运行状态监控,缩短业务流程,及时传送运维抢修,提升了配网运维质效。所建系统试运行后,用户停电研判信息准确,极大缩短了用户抢修时间,提升了配电网管理和服务水平。 With the fast development of power grids,the number of information systems in urban distribution network is increasing,and the application status of information isolatedi sland,integration and inadequate integration can not meet the requirements of the new age power grid.Based on the existing distribution network automation system,an intelligent sensing system for urban distribution network is proposed.Firstly,combined with the construction concept of ubiquitous power Internet of Things,it relies on key data and integrates related information in different systems.Secondly,combined with the real-time information provided by EMS and DA,using artificial intelligence development and judgement technology,it analyzes and judges the operation state of distribution network.Finally,through information monitoring and sensing,user outage information is precisely positioned to achieve real-time,accurate and comprehensive operation status monitoring of the distribution network.It shortens business processes,timely transmits operation and maintenance repairs,and improves the quality and efficiency of distribution network operation and maintenance.After the trial run of the built system,the user outage research information is accurate,which shortens the user repair time and improves the management and service level of the distribution network.
