摘要
以平菇(PB4、PB5)为供试菌株,采用木糖渣为试验材料,研究木糖渣提取液对平菇菌丝生长的影响,探索利用木糖渣栽培平菇的可行性。结果表明:木糖渣提取液对平菇的菌丝生长速率影响差异显著,但在栽培试验中,木糖渣基质对菌丝生长速率影响不明显,木糖渣栽培平菇的第一潮菇平均产量为179.76 g/袋和169.17 g/袋,略低于对照,与对照差异不显著。生物学效率为35.95%和33.83%。
The aim of this study was to assess the feasibility of utilizing the xylose residue as a substrate for the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus,the influence of the raw material extract of the substrate on the mycelial growth rate was also investigated.The results showed that the effect of xylose residue on the mycelial growth rate of P.ostreatus was significant in the Petri dish test,while the effect of xylose residue substrate on the mycelial growth rate was not significant in the cultivation experiment.The average yield of the first flush mushroom of P.ostreatus cultivated with xylose residue were 179.76 g/bag and 169.17 g/bag,which was slightly lower than that of the control group but has no significant difference.The biological efficiency were 35.95%and 33.83%.
