摘要 特高压工程建设项目管理要求针对项目各阶段的风险要素,全面系统研究工程项目,明确其风险表现和影响因素,制定科学的风险防控策略。文章首先运用扎根理论研究法分析特高压建设项目建设管理的风险要素,并运用问卷调查法开展特高压建设项目建设管理各阶段的风险要素识别研究。在此基础上,采用模糊综合评价法构建特高压工程建设项目风险评估体系,并计算各指标权重。最后从项目准备、施工和验收三个阶段提出特高压工程建设项目风险管控的应对举措,旨在为特高压工程项目建设的风险规避提供参考。 The management of UHV engineering construction project requires a comprehensive and systematic study of the engineering project according to the risk factors at each stage of the project to clarify the risk performance and influencing factors and formulate scientific risk prevention and control strategies.Firstly,this paper uses the grounded theory research method to analyze the risk factors in UHV construction project construction management,and uses the questionnaire survey method to carry out the risk factor identification research at each stage of UHV construction project construction management.On this basis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the risk assessment system of UHV engineering construction project,and the weight of each indicator is calculated.Finally,the countermeasures for risk management and control of UHV engineering construction projects are proposed from three stages of project preparation, construction and acceptance, aiming to provide reference for risk avoidance of UHV engineering project construction.
