社会主义核心价值观视阈下高职生价值观的现状及其培育 被引量:5

Current Situation and Cultivation of Higher Vocational College Students’ Values from the Perspective of Socialist Core Values

摘要 为了解高职生价值观的现状和影响因素,探索社会主义核心价值观的培育途径,运用访谈法对某高职院校19名学生工作人员进行资料收集,采用扎根理论的方法、使用软件NVivo12 plus进行分析发现,高职生价值观的主流是积极进取、健康向上的,但在认知水平、个人与集体关系的处理等方面仍存在诸多问题。社会、家庭、学校、高职生自身与同伴等因素影响了高职生价值观的现状。为进一步加强高职生社会主义核心价值观的培育,需要从完善学校教育、普及社会教育、加强家庭教育、推动同辈教育等方面开展工作。 In order to understand the status quo and influencing factors of higher vocational college students’values and explore the cultivation approaches of socialist core values,19 students in a higher vocational college were collected by interview.The method of grounded theory and software NVivo12 plus were used for analysis.It is found that the mainstream values of higher vocational college students are positive and healthy,but there are still many problems in the cognitive level,the handling of the relationship between individual and collective.Society,family,school,college students themselves and their peers influence the status quo of higher vocational college students’values.In order to further strengthen the cultivation of socialist core values,it is necessary to improve school education,popularize social education,strengthen family education,promote peer education and pay attention to self-education.
