摘要
采用中性硅溶胶改性纯丙乳液研制了一种适用于钢模的TC型水性模板漆,该模板漆环保、无污染,弥补了油性模板漆自流平困难的特点,降低了施工难度,可以有效降低旧模板表面的粗糙度,达到新模的使用要求;有效控制表面能,改善了乳化油类水性脱模剂易粘模的缺点,同时使得模板漆也不易粘接到混凝土表面。消除了色斑污染、有效促进混凝土中气泡、水泡的排出,提高了混凝土表面的平整光滑度,提高了混凝土的表观质量。
A TC type water based formwork paint suitable for steel mould was developed by using neutral silica sol modified pure acrylic emulsion.The template paint is environment-friendly and pollution-free,which makes up for the difficulty of self leveling of the oil form paint,reduces the difficulty of construction,and effectively reduces the roughness of the surface of the old template,so as to meet the requirements of the new mold.The surface energy is effectively reduced,the defect of easy formwork adhesion is improved,and the formwork paint is not easy to adhere to the concrete surface.The utility model eliminates the color spot pollution,effectively promotes the discharge of bubbles and blisters in the concrete,improves the flatness and smoothness of the concrete surface,and improves the apparent quality of the concrete.
