摘要 随着建筑涂料的绿色化、多功能化及建筑日益高层化,对防火性能要求逐渐提高,无机涂料的发展逐渐加快,以硅酸钾、硅溶胶为主要成膜物,添加少量低VOC高分子乳液及相关助剂,并配以具有一定耐高温性能的填料体系,制得水性无机建筑涂料。该涂料装饰性能良好,绿色环保、低VOC排放,符合JG/T 26—2002《外墙无机建筑涂料》及GB 24408—2009《建筑用外墙涂料中有害物质限量》标准要求,符合GB 8624—2006《建筑材料及制品燃烧性能分级》规定的A2级要求,可应用于高层建筑、公共建筑等。 Along with the architectural coatings greenization and multi-functionalization,architecture is becoming more and more high,requirements on fire performance gradually improve.The development of inorganic coatings is gradually speeding up.With inorganic potassium silicate and silica sol as main film former,add a small amount of low voc polymer emulsion and related additives,and has a certain of high temperature resistant performance filler system,a kind of waterborne inorganic architectural coatings was made.The coating decorative performance is good,green environmental protection,low VOC emissions,in line with the A2 level requirements of GB 8624-2006 "Building materials and combustion products classification performance",meet the requirements of standard GB 24408-2009 "Building exterior wall coating harmful material set limit",and construction industry standards JG/T 26-2002 "Inorganic building exterior wall coating".Can be used in high-rise buildings,public areas,etc.
