摘要
采用磷酸作活化剂制备火龙果皮活性炭,利用正交实验确定了制备的最佳条件。通过SEM和N_(2)吸脱附实验表征活性炭的表面结构。通过吸附实验确定最佳的吸附工艺参数。通过等温吸附模型分析、吸附动力学分析、吸附热力学分析探讨该活性炭吸附废水中苯酚的吸附机理。实验结果表明该活性炭具备良好的对废水中苯酚的吸附性能。同时表明果皮活性炭有作为优良吸附剂的潜力。
Activated carbon from pitayapeel was prepared with phosphoric acid as activator.The optimum conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment.The surface texture of activated carbon was characterized by SEM and N_(2)adsorption and desorption experiments.The optimum adsorption process parameters were determined by adsorption experiment.Through isothermal adsorption model analysis,adsorption kinetics analysis and adsorption thermodynamics analysis,the adsorption mechanism of phenol in wastewater by activated carbon was discussed.The experimental results show that the activated carbon has good adsorption performance for phenol in wastewater.The results showed that the peel activated carbon had good potential as an excellent adsorbent.
