摘要
以煤沥青为原料,KOH为活化剂制备活性炭。应用正交设计研究了制备工艺中炭化温度(A)、炭化时间(B)、活化温度(C)和活化时间(D)四因素对活性炭比表面积的的影响。结果表明:B>D>A>C,并结合KOH活化法的作用机理,分析了原因。
Activated carbons were prepared from coal pitch by chemical activati on technology with KOH as activating agent. The effects of carbonization temperatu re(A), carbonization time(B), activation temperature(C) and activation time(D) o n specific surface area of activated carbon obtained were studied by orthogonal design. It has been found that the sequence in terms of influence degree is as f ollows: B>D>A>C. The activation mechanism with KOH as activating agent is also d iscussed.
