摘要
根据大功率定向钻机的市场需求和煤矿智能化的发展要求,提出了基于防爆电液控制技术的煤矿井下智能化大功率定向钻进装备解决方案。重点解决紧凑布局、关键部件设计、自动装卸钻杆、防爆电液控制等问题。研制了ZDY23000LDK智能化定向钻机,实现了施工过程的远距离遥控、自动装卸钻杆、参数监测等功能,提高了钻进装备的智能化水平,减轻了工人劳动强度,为“以孔代巷”大直径定向钻孔高效施工提供了装备保障。
According to the market demand of high-power directional drilling rig and the development requirement of intelligent coal mine,an intelligent high-power directional drilling equipment solution based on explosion-proof electro-hydraulic control technology was proposed.Focus on solving compact layout,key components design,automatic loading and unloading of drill pipe,explosion-proof electrohydraulic control and other problems.Developed ZDY23000LDK intelligent directional drilling rig,realized the construction process of remote control,automatic loading and unloading of drill pipe,parameter monitoring and other functions,improved the intelligent level of drilling equipment,reduced the labor intensity of workers,which provides equipment support for the"hole for roadway"large diameter directional drilling efficient construction.
