摘要
自动钻进技术应用于煤矿钻孔施工得到推广和普及,在煤矿钻探施工安全生产中的作用越来越重要。成熟方案中自动钻进在线监测通过特定硬件实现,不适用于地面普通计算机平台,仅实现数据监测和显示,没有数据采集、计算、记录、存储、查阅等功能。针对自产钻机自动钻进施工过程设计开发的在线监测与数据采集软件可以实现单台设备工况参数联网地面监控和数据采集、计算、管理,可以获取大量有效数据用于自动钻进管理和后期技术研究,为自动钻进数据采集、数据研究提供软件工具和数据基础。
Automatic drilling used in borehole drilling of coal mine was promoted and popularized.Its role in safety production of coal mine drilling is becoming more and more important.In sophisticated scheme,online monitoring of automatic drilling is realized by a special hardware.It's not suitable for common computer platform on the ground.It can only be used in data monitoring and display,but not work in functions such as data collection,calculation,record,storage and viewing.According to automatic drilling construction process of self-produced rig,this online monitoring and data collecting software designed and developed can realize ground monitoring on duty parameter of single rig with net connecting.Functions such as data acquisition,calculation and management were developed.A large number of effective data can be obtained for automatic drilling management and the later research. Software tool and data base can be provided for the study of the automatic drilling data collection and data research.
