摘要
采用控制变量法,研究了2种不同长度的钢纤维与PP纤维单掺或混掺,对粉煤灰-矿渣基地质聚合物工作性及力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:钢纤维与PP纤维单掺或混掺对地质聚合物的凝结时间影响不大;钢纤维长度增加或与PP纤维混掺,地质聚合物初始流动度下降;钢纤维单掺对地质聚合物的抗压强度、抗折强度、折压比具有明显的提升作用,且长钢纤维优于短钢纤维,钢纤维与PP纤维混掺能协同提升地质聚合物的折压比、等效弯曲韧性。
The effects of two different lengths of steel fibers and PP fibers,alone or mixed,on the workability and mechanical properties of fly ash-slag based geopolymer were investigated using the controlled variable method.The test results showed that steel and PP fibers alone or mixed had little effect on the setting time of the geopolymer.The initial fluidity of the geopolymer decreased as the length of steel fibers incorporated increases or steel fiber mixed with PP fiber.Steel fibers alone had obvious enhancement effects on compressive strength,flexural strength,ratio of flexural strength to compressive strength(F/C ratio)of geopolymers,and long steel fibers were better than short steel fibers.The mixed of steel fiber and PP fiber can cooperatively improve the F/C ratio and equivalent flexural toughness of geopolymer.
