摘要
为研究钢纤维与PVA纤维掺量对混凝土抗冲击性能的影响,对两种纤维不同掺量的混杂纤维混凝土进行落锤冲击试验,并设计素混凝土作为对照试验。试验结果表明,单掺纤维混凝土中,钢纤维较PVA纤维对混凝土抗冲击性能提升要大,单掺2%钢纤维时强度最大。加入PVA纤维使其强度和刚度得到再次的提升,其中2%钢纤维、0.1%PVA纤维掺量的增强效果最为显著,屈服载荷较素混凝土得到30%左右的提升,并通过不同冲击能量试验进行了验证。
In order to research the influence on impact resistance properties of the steel-PVA hybrid fibers concrete it use the drop hammer test instrument to do impact test on two different fiber types contents, and design plain concrete as control experiment.The experimental re- suits show that steel fibers is better than PVA fibers in the single fiber concrete, and 2% steel fibers have the best strength.It will be improved in strength and stiffness after PVA fibers.In the result 2% steel fibers,0.1% PVA fibers have the best enhancement effect,and yield load has 30 percent improvement than plain concrete.At the same time the result has been verified by different impact energy experiments.
