摘要
根据教育部关于课程思政建设的要求,文章结合管理学课程内容的知识特征,从总体方略、现状反思和具体策略分析了管理学课程思政的建设模式,重点阐述了红色党史、传统文化、中国优秀企业和当代社会主义企业家精神中蕴藏的课程思政元素,尤其强调课程知识内容与思政元素融合衔接的自然过渡策略,为管理学的课程思政建设提供借鉴。
This article combines the knowledge characteristics of the management course content,analyzes the construction mode of ideological and political education in the management course from the overall strategy and current situation reflection,focusing on the ideological and political elements hidden in the red party history,traditional culture,Chinese excellent enterprises,and contemporary socialist entrepreneurial spirit.
