智能技术赋能中小学德育增值性评价:内涵解析与应用框架 被引量:7

Value-added Evaluation of Moral Education in Primary and Secondary Schools Empowered by Intelligent Technology:the Connotation Analysis and Application Framework

摘要 大数据时代为教育评价带来了发展机遇,智能技术赋能中小学德育增值性评价的探索与实践是深化教育评价改革、促进学生全面发展的重要举措。具体而言,智能技术赋能中小学增值性评价的内涵意蕴分别体现为三个层面:一是以“增值”为依据,提高中小学德育评价客观性,二是以“技术”为驱力,增强中小学德育评价有效性,三是以“模型”为中介,提升中小学德育评价标准性。从整体上搭建基于智能技术的德育增值性评价应用框架,需把握好基础保护、平台运算、场景应用以及用户管理这四个层面的关系,才能为智能技术赋能增值性评价筑牢设施基础、提供关键支持,以及完善技术服务和反馈评价结果。为了促进中小学德育增值性评价的有效实施,应围绕链接追踪数据库、构建增值评价模型、鼓励多元主体参与、打造优质教评队伍而展开,从而促进中小学德育增值性评价朝着客观化、标准化、共享化、专业化的方向发展。 The era of big data has brought development opportunities for educational evaluation,and the exploration and practice of value-added evaluation of moral education empowered by intelligent technology in primary and secondary schools is an important measure to deepen the reform of educational evaluation and promote the all-round development of students.Specifically,the connotation of the value-added evaluation of primary and secondary schools empowered by intelligent technology is reflected in three levels:first,based on"value-added",to improve the objectivity of school moral education evaluation;second,driven by"technology",to enhance the effectiveness of school moral education evaluation;and third,mediated by"model",to improve the standards of school moral education evaluation.To build a value-added evaluation application framework based on intelligent technology for moral education on the whole,it is necessary to grasp the relationship between the four levels of basic protecting,platform computing,scenario applying and user managing,so as to build a solid infrastructure foundation for the evaluation,provide key support,enhance technical services,and give evaluation results.In order to promote the effective implementation of the evaluation,focus should be set on linking the tracking database,building a value-added evaluation model,encouraging the participation of multiple subjects,and building a high-quality teaching evaluation team,so as to promote the development of the evaluation in the direction of being objective,standard,sharing,and specialized.
