北海炼化催化柴油改质装置的运行分析 被引量:1

摘要 中国石化北海炼化有限责任公司65万t·a^(-1)催化柴油改质装置加工混合催化柴油,主要生产满足LTAG联合装置催化单元要求的加氢柴油组分。为了了解装置整体性能对其进行全面标定。标定结果表明:在加工原料密度、硫含量、芳烃含量偏高的情况下,该装置仍然可以生产出满足设计指标的产品。实际运转中装置氢耗高于设计值,但是可以通过调整工艺参数,降低氢分压的方法来降低氢耗。装置能耗为7.89 kg OE·t^(-1),较设计能耗低1.36 kg OE·t^(-1),装置能耗水平达到设计要求。 650 kt·a^(-1)Catalytic diesel upgrading unit in Sinopec Beihai Refining and Chemical Company processes mixed catalytic diesel to mainly produce hydrogenated diesel components that meet the requirements of the catalytic plant of the LTAG joint unit.In order to understand the overall performance of the device,it was fully calibrated.The calibration results show that the device can still produce products that meet the design specifications under the condition of high raw material density,sulfur content and aromatic content.In actual operation,the hydrogen consumption of the device is higher than the design value,but the hydrogen consumption can be reduced by adjusting the process parameters and reducing the hydrogen partial pressure.The energy consumption of the device is7.89 kg OE·t^(-1),which is 1.36 kg OE·t^(-1)lower than the design energy consumption,and the energy consumption level of the device meets the design requirements.
