摘要
流化催化裂化(FCC)是最重要的重质油轻质化过程之一。对近年来FCC过程预提升系统、进料系统、提升管反应器、沉降器、再生器的研究进展以及FCC过程功能的拓展情况进行了评述,同时介绍了TSRFCC-Ⅰ型两段提升管催化裂化新技术的特点及应用情况。流化催化裂化技术有待于进一步改进和完善,TSRFCC-Ⅰ技术的开发成功是FCC技术发展的一次质的飞跃。随着石油加工技术的发展,TSRFCC-Ⅰ技术将展现更加广阔的应用前景。
Fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) is one of the most important processes converting heavy oil to light oils. The progresses in pre-lifting system, feeding system, riser, stripper and regenerator of FCC were introduced synoptically. And the advancement of FCC process function was stated. The characteristics and application of TSRFCC- Ⅰ technology were given. The FCC technology needs to be improved and perfected, and TSRFCC- Ⅰ technology is a leap in its progress. With the development of petroleum processing, TSRFCC- Ⅰ technology will show a wide-range prospect.
