摘要
目的 探究连续性血液净化治疗重症心力衰竭合并肾衰竭的效果。方法 从许昌市中心医院2022年1月15日—2023年1月15日收入治疗的重症心力衰竭合并肾衰竭患者中,选取118例作为此次研究对象,随机分组为对照组和观察组,对照组(n=59)采取常规性血液净化治疗,观察组(n=59)采取连续性血液净化治疗,观察对比两组患者治疗前后急性生理和慢性健康的评分、血压、肾功能各项指标、心功能各项指标、治疗总有效率。结果 (1)治疗前,两组急性生理和慢性健康的评分、血压、肾功能各项指标、心功能各项指标无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组急性生理和慢性健康的评分、血压、Scr、BUN、BNP的水平均有下降,且观察组较对照组更低,两组SV、CO、LVEF的水平均有上升,且观察组较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)观察组治疗总有效率为94.92%,与对照组的83.05%相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 在重症心力衰竭合并肾衰竭患者治疗中应用连续性血液净化,可对患者病情、心功能和肾功能改善起到有效促进作用,并提高治疗的总有效率。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous blood purification on severe heart failure complicated with kidney failure.Methods From the patients with severe heart failure combined with kidney failure admitted to Xuchang Central Hospital(January 15,2022-January 15,2023),totally 118 cases were selected as subjects of this study,and were divided into control group and observation group by numerical random table method.The control group(n=59) received routine blood purification treatment.Observation group(n=59) received continuous blood purification treatment,and observed and compared acute physiological and chronic health scores,blood pressure,renal function indexes,cardiac function indexes,and total effective rate before and after treatment.Results(1) Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in acute physiological and chronic health scores,blood pressure,renal function indicators,cardiac function indicators,P>0.05,after treatment,the two groups of acute physiological and chronic health scores,blood pressure,Scr,BUN,BNP levels were decreased,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group.SV,CO and LVEF levels were increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2) The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.92%,which was significantly different from 83.05% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous blood purification in the treatment of patients with severe heart failure combined with renal failure can effectively promote the improvement of the patient's condition,cardiac function and renal function,and improve the total effective rate of treatment.
