高通量透析模式对慢性肾病合并难治性心力衰竭患者炎性细胞因子、钙磷代谢指标的影响 被引量:1

Effect of High-flux Dialysis on Inflammatory Cytokines,Calcium and Phosphorus Metabolism in Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease Complicated with Refractory Heart Failure

摘要 目的探讨高通量透析模式对慢性肾脏疾病合并难治性心力衰竭患者的炎性细胞因子、钙磷代谢指标的影响。方法以2019-2020期间的70例慢性肾脏病合并难治性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,A组患者使用高流量透析模式,B组使用常规透析模式,比较两组患者在进行透析前后的炎性细胞因子、钙磷代谢指标。结果两组患者治疗后炎症状态和钙磷紊乱情况均有所改善,且A组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论高通量透析模式能够有效改善慢性肾脏病合并难治性心力衰竭患者的炎症状态和钙磷紊乱情况。 Objective This paper aims to investigate the effect of high-flux dialysis on inflammatory cytokines,calcium and phosphorus metabolism in patients with chronic kidney disease complicated with refractory heart failure.Methods 70 patients with chronic kidney disease complicated with refractory heart failure from 2019 to 2020 were randomly divided into two groups.Group A used high-flow dialysis mode and group B used conventional dialysis mode.The inflammatory cytokines and calcium and phosphorus metabolism indexes were compared between the two groups before and after dialysis.Results The inflammatory state and calcium phosphorus disorder were improved in both groups after treatment,and the improvement was more obvious in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion High-flux dialysis can effectively improve the inflammatory state and calcium and phosphorus disorder in patients with chronic kidney disease complicated with refractory heart failure.
