摘要
目的探讨优质护理在老年阴道炎中的应用效果。方法选取2021年7月至2022年7月青岛市黄岛区六汪中心卫生院妇科收治的64例老年性阴道炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各32例。对照组采用一般护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用优质护理。比较两组阴道清洁度、症状、体征、心理状态及护理满意度。结果干预后,观察组阴道清洁度、症状及体征均优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在老年阴道炎中的应用可改善患者症状、体征及心理状态,提高阴道清洁度,具有较高的护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the application effect of high quality nursing in senile vaginitis.Methods A total of 64 patients with senile vaginitis admitted to the Department of Gynecology of Liuwang Central Health Center of Huangdao District of Qingdao City from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received general nursing,and the observation group received high quality nursing on the basis of the control group.Vaginal cleanliness,symptoms,signs,mental state and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,vaginal cleanliness,symptoms and signs in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of high quality nursing in senile vaginitis can improve the symptoms,signs and mental state of patients,can improve vaginal cleanliness,and has a high nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion.
