摘要
目的:比较不同方法治疗老年性阴道炎的效果,探讨老年性阴道炎的最佳治疗方案。方法:将85例老年性阴道炎患者随机分为3组:A组单用甲硝唑片;B组用甲硝唑片+欧维婷软膏;C组用甲硝唑片+欧维婷软膏+活菌胶囊(定君生胶囊)。结果:3组患者用药后阴道炎症状均有改善,阴道健康评分分别由8.59±1.37、8.67±1.68和8.81±1.72提高到12.30±2.85、14.15±3.55和15.37±3.27(P<0.05);3组的阴道炎症状评分分别由9.89±2.37、9.97±2.68和10.21±2.72降低到5.55±1.65、4.35±1.32和3.87±1.07(P<0.05)。组间比较,C组用药后症状改善优于A、B组,B组优于A组。结论:甲硝唑片+欧维婷软膏+定君生胶囊治疗老年性阴道炎的效果明显好于其他两组,甲硝唑片+欧维婷软膏的疗效好于单用甲硝唑。
Objective：To compare the effects of different methods in treatment of senile vaginitis,explore the optimal therapy of senile vaginitis.Methods：85 cases with senile vaginitis were divided into A group （metronidazole）,B group （metronidazole＋ovestin ointment） and C group （metronidazole＋ovestin ointment＋live lactobacillus capsule） randomly.Results：The symptoms of vaginitis in the three groups were improved after treatment,the vaginal health scores in the three groups increased from （8.59±1.37）,（8.67±1.68） and （8.81±1.72） to （12.30±2.85）,（14.15±3.55） and （15.37±3.27）,respectively （P〈0.05）; the symptom scores of vaginitis in the three groups decreased from （9.89±2.37）,（9.97±2.68） and （10.21±2.72） to （5.55±1.65）,（4.35±1.32） and （3.87±1.07）,respectively （P〈0.05）; the symptoms of C group after treatment were superior to those of A group and B group,and B group was superior to A group.Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of metronidazole＋ovestin ointment＋live lactobacillus capsule is superior to those of the other two groups in treatment of senile vaginitis,the clinical efficacy of metronidazole＋ovestin ointment is superior to that of metronidazole.
