摘要
大学生就业问题不是单一的因果关系,而是多重因素的复合问题,需要从服务、网络、组织、机制四个维度高度关注并认真落实。当前,高校大学生在就业中存在思想和行为的变化客观上要求对学生的就业发展和人生规划进行系统性教育指导,使大学生形成正确的价值取向观、能力素质观、择业观、就业观、创业观,促进高质量充分就业。
The employment of university students is not a simple cause-and-effect issue,but a complex problem involving multiple factors,which needs to be highly concerned and implemented from four dimensions of service,network,organization,and mechanism.Currently,the objective reality of changes in university students'thoughts and behaviors during employment requires systematic education and guidance for their employment development and life planning.,so as to enable them to form correct values,ability and quality,and employment outlook,and promote high-quality and sufficient employment.
