摘要
就业是最大的民生,也是经济发展的重中之重。高校毕业生等青年就业关系到民生福祉、经济发展和国家未来。高校要坚持以立德树人为根本,将就业育人融入人才培养和“大思政”格局,培育学生树立正确的价值观、就业观、择业观,搭建赋能平台,提升学生综合素质能力,助力毕业生高质量充分就业。
Employment is one of the most important livelihood and economic development issues.Youth employment especially college graduate employment relates to people's wellbeing,economic development and future.Universities need to base on fostering virtue through education which blend employment into talent education and ideological education.Universities should cultivate students to establish correct view of value and employment which use the way of establishing empowered platform to improve students'comprehensive quality and ability and bolster graduates to fulfill high quality employment.
