摘要
文章梳理了批判性思维的内涵以及在医学教育中应用的现状和应用价值,发现其在医学教育应用中存在教学者批判性思维能力不强、医学生批判性思维意识不足、医学课程体系设置不合理以及科学可靠的评估工具欠缺等问题。提出打破传统教学观念,培养教师批判性思维;创新学生培养模式,锻炼学生批判性思维;优化专业课程结构,联合使用教学方法;适应本土应用环境,构建科学评估工具等策略,以期促进批判性思维在医学教育中的深度应用。
The article combed the connotation of critical thinking and the current situation and application value of its application in medical education,and found that there were some problems in the application of critical thinking in medical education,such as teachers' weak critical thinking ability,medical students' insufficient awareness of critical thinking,unreasonable medical curriculum system,and lack of scientific and reliable evaluation tools.It proposes to break the traditional teaching concept and cultivate teachers' critical thinking;innovate student training mode and exercise students' critical thinking;optimize the structure of professional courses and use teaching methods jointly;adapt to the local application environment,build scientific evaluation tools and other strategies to promote the deep application of critical thinking in medical education.
